Peanut Butter & Grape Smoothie

You know I love smoothies and I especially love ones with added benefits. This PB&G smoothie combines creamy peanut butter with frozen California grapes for a frosty and delicious smoothie that supplies antioxidants and polyphenols, which contribute to overall health. Here’s how to make it (makes 2 servings):

½ cup unsweetened plant milk

3 tablespoons creamy PB

2 tablespoons ground flaxseed

¾ cup red California grapes, frozen

½ frozen banana

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
