Here’s how to make it (makes 2 servings):
½ cup unsweetened plant milk
3 tablespoons creamy PB
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
¾ cup red California grapes, frozen
½ frozen banana
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
