I’m a Western NY gal, so I grew up surrounded by Buffalo wings at every football party I ever went to. The sauce smelled divine, but I just wasn’t into the wing part. That’s why I was keen to create a completely plant-based cauliflower recipe that really delivered on all the flavor of wings. My wing-loving hubby devoured this entire plate, so that tells you something!
Ingredients:
3/4 cup almond flour
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup almond milk
1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
1/2 cup vegan Buffalo sauce, such as Primal Kitchen
Dairy-free blue cheese dressing, optional (we like the one from Daiya)
Preparation:

Preheat oven to 425°.

Mix together the almond flour, spices, and milk and toss with the cauliflower. Bake for 20 min, flipping half way through.

Remove from the oven and brush the buffalo sauce on the cauliflower. Bake an additional 15 minutes. Enjoy!
