Sheet Pan Turkey Nachos

Need a quick, budget-friendly meal in 20 minutes? I’ve got you covered with these sheet pan nachos. The taco seasoned turkey from Jennie-O makes this extra tasty. You can customize this with any toppings you and your family like. Sliced radishes are also fun!

1 package Jennie-O lean taco seasoned ground turkey

1 (12.5-ounce) bag tortilla chips

11/2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese

½ cup sliced black olives

½  cup cilantro leaves

½ avocado, pitted and diced

¼ cup crème fraiche or sour cream

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Spray a large saute pan with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Add turkey and brown for 8-10 minutes, until cooked through; set aside.
  3. Arrange chips evenly on baking sheet. Top with cheese and olives. Distribute cooked turkey meat evenly. Bake for 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges of chips are golden.
  4. Top with cilantro and avocado. Drizzle with crème fraiche or sour cream and serve with salsa. Enjoy!
