Research shows that polyphenol-rich pomegranate juice can help fight inflammation related to diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowl disease, and metabolic and cardiovascular disorders.
Makes 1 serving
1/2 cup pomegranate juice, chilled
1/2 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1. In a blender, combine pomegranate juice, yogurt, and berries and blend until the mixture is smooth. Serve in a tall glass. Enjoy!
