As a snack, fresh popcorn never gets old. It’s crunchy, filling and heck, it’s even a whole grain. But put it with some chocolate, nuts and dried fruit, and you’ve got something sensational! Plus, it’s so easy to put this fun trail mix together. Enjoy it freshly made, or store it in an airtight container for up to 2 days.

Popcorn Trail Mix

1 bag microwave popcorn, popped
1/2 cup roasted almonds
1/2 cup raisins or dried cranberries
1/2 cup M&Ms or other candy-coated chocolates

Preparation:

In a large bowl, combine the popped popcorn with the other ingredients. Toss and enjoy!
