Crab Rolls with Mango and Avocado
Makes 8 mini rolls or 4 large rolls


3 tablespoons mayonnaise (preferably avocado-based)
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon lime zest
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup finely diced celery
8 mini buns or 4 hot dog rolls

1 avocado, diced
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 mango, diced
Top with 1/4 cup diced mango and avocado
mini red bell peppers, thinly sliced (optional)


1. In a large bowl, combine the mayo with the chili powder, lime zest and juice, pepper, paprika and celery. Add the crab and gently combine.

2. Fill the rolls/buns with the crab mixture and top with some diced mango and avocado. Garnish with sliced pepper, if you want to add more color.
