Chocolate-Splattered Matzah

Ingredients:

wax paper

baking sheet

1 to 2 cups white chocolate chips

1 to 2 tablespoons coconut oil

several small microwave-safe bowls

food coloring

box of matzah

Preparation:

  1. Place the wax paper on the baking sheet and set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 cup of the white chocolate with 1 tablespoon of the coconut oil. Microwave for 1 minute and stir until smooth.
  3. Transfer the melted white chocolate to 4 or 5 small bowls. Add a drop or two of food coloring until you get the desired color. Melt additional chocolate with the coconut oil as needed.
  4. Place the matzah on the wax paper. Use spoons to drizzle or spread the colored chocolate over the matzah. You can create fun patterns, words, landscapes and more! Allow to dry before eating.
