CarbLovers Diet Cookbook Is Here!

Thanks to the overwhelming response we received from the original CarbLovers Diet, my co-author, Ellen Kunes and I decided to deliver more delicious, carb-packed recipes to everyone out there who loves their carbs! The brand new CarbLovers Diet Cookbook offers up 150 amazing recipes, including the ones below, which are perfect for any holiday party. The cookbook also contains a baker’s dozen of recipes from celeb chefs, including Cat Cora, Michael Chiarello, Wolfgang Puck, and Guy Fieri.

The Smoky Oven-Baked Potato Chips (yes, you can eat chips on our diet!) are so good and soo easy to make. Smoked paprika gives just the right amount of zing to take homemade chips from basic to brilliant. Serve them with the Mulled Cranberry Cocktail, which delivers the flavors of the holidays in one little glass—and the color is gorgeous to boot. And then there’s my all-time favorite Oatmeal-Date-Chocolate Cookie. The dates add a moist, chewy texture, plus extra fiber and sweetness.

Go ahead and get a little taste of what The CarbLovers Diet Cookbook has to offer! If you’d like more of these amazing recipes, check out the book here.

Hi Frances,

I started the CarbLovers diet and I love it! Thank you so much! You are saving me from so many frustrations.... (Like yoyo dieting...)
Can I stay in Phase 1 for 2 weeks?
Warmest regards,

Danielle

Here's what I like best about the paleo diet It emulates what our hnuetr-gatherer ancestors ate — a high-protein, high-fruit and veggie diet with moderate amounts of fat, but with high quantities of healthful omega-3 and monounsaturated fats. This is one of the best ways to lose weight because you do not feel hungry all throughout your diet and then become inclined to binge eat and gain all the weight again after the diet.

I see, I suppose that would have to be the case.
